THE RAFT… SUDDENLY!
Mainly serves to develop group promptness with relation to space.
Key words - Opening up and warm up exercise.
Purpose - Awareness of space and moving within it.
Description - The exercise is a variation of the traditional raft one. It is carried out in silence and in a highly focused manner. The group of participants is gathered on one side of the room. At the trainer’s signal, everyone must distribute themselves homogeneously around the room stopping at a specific point within ten seconds. Then, at the next signal, the group will begin to walk in the same way as the raft exercise.
Duration - Approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
