Purpose - Awareness of space and moving within it.

Description - The exercise is a variation of the raft one. It is carried out in silence and in a highly focused manner. It starts like the traditional raft exercise but while walking the trainer stimulates the participants’ imagination and their physical responses by modifying the physical characteristics of the space making them walk as if, for example, they are on water, on the moon, on a red-hot surface, going uphill or downhill, and so on.

Duration - Approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
